Thrifty Thursday # 59, a Giveaway-plus a Tablescape

Hi! It's Thrifty Thursday! I am your host, Leigh. Thank you so much for stopping by and additional thanks to those who also participate in Thrifty Thursday! I am most delighted to have you join in..for it's YOU who makes it a "show and tell party". I also participate in Tablescape Thursday the host of that fun carnival is the Hostess with the Mostess...Susan of Between Naps on the Backporch. That's no lie or exaggeration, each week I visit Susan's porch and just long to be a guest at any of her tablescapes...especially those held on the porch.

(You can click on any pictures for a closer view)

*Thrifty Thursday takes place each Thursday and is hosted here at Tales from Bloggeritaville, but the party is a progressive one, visit the links to see all the Thrifty Thursday links to see the thrifty treasures participating bloggers have to share.

*Don't forget to copy and paste the Thrifty Thursday logo button to your computer so you can add it to your side bar and your Thrifty Thursday post. That way visitors will know that your are participating in Thrifty Thursday.

How this for a color Thrifty Thursday idea...and its FREE for my Bloggeritaville friends....
The magical minds at Crayola have devised a way to turn your kids memories into customized coloring book pages. To see the transformation register and the upload your digital photos at www.crayola.com/colorme
Try if for free anytime, but you need a code-in specially marked boxes of crayons ($5.00 for a box of 48)- to print your creations. But Bloggeritaville readers, you are in luck....You can make printouts for 24 hours following your registration using the code: PR24QCHT.

We had a field day with this project. We chose pictures that were not to jumbled, which was our personal choice and printed the coloring pages out. We then took advantage of this gorgeous Spring weather and took our artwork outside to complete. We used Crayola colored pencils as well as crayons for our projects and then framed them in $3.00 Walmart Frames.

Thrifty Custom Artwork for your home. What can be better?

(Am having Blogger trouble loading my final pics, the coloring pages. Will continue to work on the problem, in the meantime you can check the Crayola website for before and after examples).

For my final thrifty treasures share, I wanted to show you what I found at the thrift store just after Christmas....

He's a moss covered bunny and he cost me $6.88. Pricey for the thrift, but to me worth it. I don't use alot of "Easter" decor, I lean more towards spring because I don't want the meaning do get lost in what Easter is about. But this bunny I adore. And I can use on into spring. I have named him Oliver. He's perfect for my Easter tablescape this Sunday!

Speaking of tablescapes...
Now, onto to Tablescape Thursday, which is hosted by Susan of Between Naps on the Porch.

What is a tablescape without the food?
I invite you to stop by my food blog, PLATES & PLACES.
At Plates and Places, we are gearing up for a great giveaway! You can click here to find out more. You will NOT want to miss this one!

Speaking of giveaways....

I'd have given $6.88 for Oliver!!

Today I got 2 star wicker baskets to spray red, white or blue for
4th of July and All Star season for baseball coming up in a few months. Nothing like an out of season find.
