Outdoor Wednesday-Plus a Reminder!

Outdoor Wednesday is hosted by my friend, Susan of A Southern Daydreamer.

I shared on Monday that we in Alabama had a gorgeous weekend with temperatures reaching almost 70 degrees. It was short lived, tonight we are expecting a "dusting" of snow and on Monday into Tuesday a system with perhaps "measurable" snow. Which for these parts could mean anywhere from 1/2 and inch to 4 inches at best. LOL! It's serious business.

But, the spring temperatures of this past weekend have me longing for spring. We took advantage of the temps and headed outdoors. We rolled down the car windows. We walked the dgos and we went hiking in the woods by my home.......

Thankyou for taking the time to stop by Takes from Bloggeritaville!
I hope you will join us tomorrow for Thrifty Thursday, whether you link up or party hop, you're invited!

YES, Leigh it is on the way or maybe you already have it. We got 4+ inches at our house and because of the temp in the 20's we now have ice and the snow is still here.

Glad you had a great weekend and hope you don't get too much snow.

Leigh,

thanks for stopping by and saying "hello." I see that you live in my neck of the woods here in AL. We have been here since Thanksgiving and have had a nice AL reception from folks. I am looking forward to Sat....can't wait to meet you also.

What a nice family outing. It looks like a great place to spend a day. I really like that picture on top of the hill with arms out stretched.

It looks like it was a wonderful weekend for a spring hike. My favorite is the "king of the mountain" shot :)
