Valentine's on a Budget

First, I want to thank you for playing along in Thrifty Thursday (if you did). I got several emails yesterday saying that we would have a few additional participants next week. I have really enjoyed visiting all the blogs out there with such cleverly crafted and perfected valentines decor. I wish I could be as inspirational. It is hard for me because I really loathe Valentine's Day. Loathe it.
