Come to the Cornbread Festival!

Looking for something to do this weekend? Well then follow me to South Pittsburg Tennessee to the Cornbread Festival. "Because there should be a festival in honor of cornbread", my "fran"Flo said. My "fran" Freddy said, "Because you {of all people} would go to a cornbread festival!". Why, Indeed! I have gone for the last five years and enjoy it so much. The festival takes annually the last full weekend of April.

What's there to do at a Cornbread Festival? Well of course one celebrates the southern delicasey that is cornbread. And you best be sure that is isn't even the least bit sweet, because that isn't southern cornbread!
All varities are represented, as well as samples on "Cornbread Alley", where you can judge your favortire. If cornbread isn't your thing, enjoy carnival midway rides, the car show, arts and crafts, shopping, and a great selection of music and bands-just to name a few of the events that will be taking place. So, discover what you 've been missing-some good ole southern cornbread!
