La Bottega del Cacio Composta di=YUM!

Have Mercy! It is true. I am trying to watch what I eat. But I cannot get these jars out of my head. My cousin Elaine's niece brought these back from Italy and gave them to Elaine and Paul. When I went to her cabin, Elaine shared them with me (true, she is generous. I would like to think I would have, but I know better and think if it were me I certainly would've horded). She had this long baguette of Italian bread loaf, which she would cut, spread these jellies on and then top with a huge chunk of this delicious cheese (also from Italy) that tasted like Parmesan. It was wonderful, delightful, sinful and oh so good! In particular the onion and balsamic vinegar was the best. I have such an affinity for cheese and bread and vinegar's so this was exceptional. It must be if I am still thinking of it. I have even searched on the Internet for it and cannot locate. Will have to go to Tria Market or Whole Foods to see if there is a specialty section for imported Italian jellies. Have Mercy! Delicio!

I watch what I eat all the time. I watch all the fatty, yummy food go only my plate and then I eat it.

I told one of my bosses this tip about his eating habits during this diet. If it tastes good, YOU CAN'T HAVE IT.

Oh and thanks fro dropping by today
