Friday Flashback has been preempted today. I hope to get it up later today. (Officeism flashes through my head)
My daughter, Sister Sledge had a mishap yesterday at cheerleading, I spent the day playing doctor and nursemaid to her. She is feeling a bit better today, which is good news.
No trip to the real doctor today. Thank goodness.

Glad no bones were broken. Is she a flyer or a base? My daughter was a flyer until she got dropped. Base after that.

Grammy Goodwill-I think it only takes once to get the fear in them. "Sledge" is a base, but this mishap occured while doing a back hand spring. She is double joined in her elbows and they often give her trouble “moving”. She hyper-extended. I was told it was “the pop heard round the gymnasium…everything stopped” according to her coach and some of the girls. Hope your daughter is happy as a base. …I know it gives you some sense of relief!
