I love this picture. The first man on the left (ground) is my grandfather. Look at these guys playing football in their leather helmets. This picture is priceless is to me....and Bama!
I saw that there is a new movie coming out called Leatherheads with Renee Zellweger and George Clooney. When I saw the time period and the "leatherheads", I immediately thought of this picture.

I know! Abeey, I don't think that at all. I am sure some may not have known what to say to you...really nothing can be said to take that kind of pain away, but I know that people love to read your blog and completely support you. I love this picture and even though I'm not a big football fan, there is some interesting history in how it began, etc. This picture is fabulous.
I'm thinking it wouldn't hurt to see George Clooney in one either.....
