Know and Tell Friday 4

This is the "Know & Tell" meme. It has been fun and enlightening reading your answers every week. If you are new to blogging or this meme, all you have to do is just answer the questions either in my comment section, or answer the questions on your own blog.
If you answer the questions on your own blog, make sure to leave a comment on my blog to let everyone know to come to your blog and check out your answers. Also, please feel free to copy and paste the green "Know & Tell" button if you would like to post it with your answers. The Know and Tell is every Friday.

Question 1. Who do you wish you could meet?

It would be three people, an eclectic mix and it might surprise you. One I have met, but would love to sit and spend one on one time with. That is Katherine Tucker Windham. I adore this woman. I could listen to her forever. I hang on her every word. Second, Charles Barkley. I find him extremely facinating, interesting to say the least and funny as well. I would love to spend a day with Sir Charles. Lastly, it would be Loretta Lynn. I admire her incredibly. I think she exudes spunk and love that she writes her own songs from her heart, plays the guitar, still travles and performs, cooks her own supper (and good country cooking!) and can raise a full house. She is an amazing woman. I love her.
I can think of others too! (Stevie Nicks, Jimmy Buffett, Evelyn Roosevelt (I know she's dead..)
2. Best food comes from which country?
Got to say Italy...the cheese, the compote (See my post on Compote, search compote), the pasta. Have Mercy!!
3. If you are familiar with the movie/musical "Grease", what girl character would you be (let's apply this lightly...I know some of the behaviors of the girls was not too nice).
Oh! Grease is one of my all time favorite movies. I saw it over 20 times at the theater. I would say I am most like Frenchie. I want to please people. I want people to feel included. And I love to be around my friends. Sometimes I bite off more than I can chew and seem a bit flaky.

Ok-I just took this quiz and it confirmed. Saying: I am Frenchie: What Character From Grease Are You Frenchy You're Frenchy, everyone's favorite class clown. With your bumbling ways, you always tend to get a laugh (whether intentionally or not). Unfortunately your really need to get your head screwed on straight. You're sort of all over the place (from beauty school to chemistry...opps, that's in Grease 2, but whatever you get the point). If you don't focus in school you're going to be the oldest living Senior at Rydell High!
4. Would you be more likely to toilet paper someone's house, or would you be the one that has their house toilet papered?
Sadly I am the TPer. As a teen that was just the thing to do. I only think I did it 2 or 3 times. I was afraid I would get busted. I never did it out of meanness. I always did it as a laugh. I did it to my friends. Isn't that what friends are for (LOL). Now, the next generation..... I took Bama and some friends ONCE before. Of course we confessed and cleaned it up because I felt such guilt. That was good toilet paper. In my house of 5 bottoms it is like gold. Dont mistreat it or abuse it. Use it.
5. Do you like small talk, or deep conversations?
I actually like both. I guess it depends on who with. Small talk with my friends often results in some really funny topics and situations. BUt deep conversations are what our friendships are based on. We are in it for the long haul and kow one anothers secrets (not that I have any!). I also like deep conversations becasue I love to get to know people, get in their head and know the person. I really do not have a definitive answer for this one.
Bonus Questions 6.Who do you most want to encourage this year?
My children. I want to encourage them to be in the likeness of God as best they can. To be the people that God intends and to stay on the pathway that lead to Him. I pray everynight that the Lord hold their hands and guide them down the right pathway . Hold them dear to your heart, Lord. So by me saying this, I need to be a better parent to them. I hold myself accountable for their misgvings. It is all in the training. Train a child in the way he should go and he will never stray.

Well..I took the survey and it says Im a SANDY..I am not suprised..Especially since I THOUGHT I was her when I was a kid, basically. As for Charles Barkley, I JUST LOVE HIM!!! I met him a few years ago at "Jitterbugs" of all places! He was in town and came in there with some of his friends..I went up to him and told him that I had 3 boys that would absolutely die if they knew I was talking to him..Then he told me I had the most BEAUTIFUL eyes..SO SWEET! He wasnt hitting on me or anything, he was just being nice.. Anyway, later on that night, I was chatting with some people and told this one guy that me and Charles Barkley were "tight" .. He looked at me and said WHATEVER..Charles walked by me and I said "Hey Charles!" he said "Hey Michelle!" That guy that whatevered me just sat there with his mouth hanging open in disbelief! Thanks to Charles Barkley for playing! HAHA LOVE HIM!
